Nevada Nugget Hunters

I got out to Rye Patch last week and did a little nugget hunting, I found a couple of small nuggets .2 grams each one with my minelab X-Terra 70, and one with My Gold Bug II.

On my way home the wind was blowing perty bad so I decided to stop at the Humboldt river and look at some old camp sites that I know of and I found a $100 peso gold toned coin

WTG Indian, I went out 3 weeks ago and got skunked, my first time out there though, not sure where to go, but had fun.

Good looking gold Bill, impressive peso piece as well. I hope to get out there sometime this summer. Were you using the elliptical DD coil with the X-Terra?

Rex, I was using the 6" DD HF coil with the X-Terra.

Nice finds, and that gives me a little more confidence with my X-terra 70.

My camera settings were to high making the picture to big. I can't figure how to down size it so I will reset to my lowest setting and retake the pictures and then I should be fine.
