Are you still alive? This forum has really died. Hendo

Yep, still alive, thanks for asking, not doing as much detecting lately though with gas prices up, etc. trying to focus on work, getting married, etc. Also, was kind of tired of increasingly being the main one posting things beside rehab. cheers.

If you follow through with this- you will never be able to get out of the house or go into the mountains again for as long as you live...
Good luck

Could be, hope not though, hopefully I can test her for acceptance of outdoor activities. Yet, I guess you can never be sure of what you have until you're married, since women can put on a pretty good act at times. Hopefully, my leash will be long enough to allow me access to explore the wilderness once in a while.

Shortly after I got married (24 years ago), I mentioned that I wanted to go into this rugged spot where she wouldn't want to go. She had a wall-eyed hissy! "You don't know what I like to do... etc., etc." I now know that she won't even get out of the car in the desert because she might see a snake. Like you said, you never know what you have until you're married.
Thankfully, she is pretty accepting of my wanderings.
