OK, HERE I GO, FIRST I OWN A MXT, DFX, MY WIFE IS WONDERING WHY I CANT FIND ANY GOLD? " YOU SPEND ALL THAT MONEY ON THOSE DAM MD'S AND BOOKS, YOU CANT FIND ANYTHING, I THINK YOU SHOULD SELL THEM AND WE CAN REMODEL THE HOUSE" YOU SEE MY PROBLEM?

IM NOT ASKING FOR THE MOTHER LOAD, IM ASKING FOR A LITTLE HELP TO WHERE I MIGHT FIND A FLAKE OR TWO OF GOLD, THIS WILL SHOW HER THAT NUGGET HUNTING IS WORTH THE MONEY I SPENT ON THE MD'S.OK YOU SAY TO YOUR SELF " WHAT KIND OF WIFE IS THAT?" BUT YOU GUYS KNOW YOU HAVE BEEN IN THIS KIND OF PLACE ONE TIME OR THE OTHER, IM NOT PW!! JUST ASKING FOR A LITTLE HELP HERE.

Join the GPAA, go out to the claims on the AZ. side of the Lake{Mead} that is. They have the Bahde claims, they have outings over there. MXT would give you a better chance, gold and space rocks both. Dig it all, for get DIC. mode. you will have a better chance of finding something. The claims are located over by White Eliphant gluch. Grubstake PS some detectorist go a year or more, before they get that first gold nugget. Be patient! DIG IT ALL

I am all support with of what GRUBSTAKE said! you can have all the detectors in the world but if you are detecting among rubble piles ata cinder block company, you're not going to get what you want.

The downside: no more easy pickens around the congress mine at Johnnie, nor anything around meadview or gold basin.

So, either get in a club (desert outfitters in las vegas has a few leads), as does the prospecting shop in Kingman, or strike out far away in northern nv like osceola area, or others over towards reno, after the snow goes away.

There's potential at the head of Oriental wash, gold mountain, and pidgeon springs, in nv, but its a lonely place to be. besides gold, look for an old garbage dump and mine some relics that can pay nicely. there's other places around, but the gold is mostly too small to score a hit on a MD, such as nelson, searchlight, cajon pass, lytle creek, halloran springs, and others.

New dale has some promising potential, and some really decent gold has come from there recently, but it's mostly walk-in now, as the roads are all washed up and out. Once there was some gold s of ludlow, near the bagdad chase (hector) Mine, but it's been at least 7 years since I been there. Another place picked over, but still worth a looky is Lane's and Williams well, aka Coolgardie placers, nnw of barstow, just south of Goldstone, as 9 dwts come out of there, give or take in size.

GREAT, NOW I GOT SOME TIPS, I WILL JOIN GPAA, HOWARD AT DESERT OUTFITTERS HAS HELP OUT A LOT. NOW I JUST GOT TO DO SOME MORE RESEARCH AND SET OUT. THANKS FOR THE HELP, QUESTIONS: WERE IS ORIENTAL WASH AND GOLD MOUNTAIN LOCATED? ALSO WHERE IS NEW DALE? LIKE I SAID THANKS FOR THE HELP, NOW TIME TO PUT TOGETHER A PLAN OF ATTACK,

perhaps if you could figure out a way to circumvent copper thievery, and patent it, you'd make more money than all the gold in the world.
